County Veterans Affairs & Trust Fund Committee
Meetings are generally held on the the 4th Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. however some alterations to the schedule do occur around holidays or special events.  Please click here for the most current information on the Veterans Affairs and Trust Fund Committee.

The Barry County Veterans Affairs office is here to provide services and assistance to the men and women who have honorably served their country. Veterans and their families can receive the support they need by leveraging community resources and programs coordinated through Barry County's Mission United Program

Emergency assistance is available through the Soldiers & Sailors Relief Fund to qualifying honorably discharged, indigent soldiers, sailors, marines, nurses, members of women's auxiliaries and the indigent wives, widows, and minor children of such indigent or deceased soldier. Assistance is also available through the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund

Burial benefits are available to honorably discharged Veterans and their un-remarried spouses.
