Co-Parenting Tips
The parents' relationship with each other and with their children will determine how well the children adjust to both parents not being in the same home. The unfinished business of raising children is productive when parents are respectful to each other and promote positive relationships with their children. Also, children with regular routines are less likely to be overwhelmed when parents separate. They need regular and frequent time with both parents, as well as with their friends and relatives.

You have many opportunities throughout the week to communicate with each other. Please keep those conversations private and out of earshot of the children. The children should not be used as messengers.
