Overview
The Adult Specialty Courts include: 56-B District Sobriety, Felony Adult Drug Court, and Swift and Sure Sanctions Probation Program. Each of the programs encompasses a unique design to best serve the participants in the community, address and lower their risk to reoffend, and meet the needs of each individual while holding participants accountable and achieving compliance with court ordered probation terms. The specialty courts receive funding through a combination of state grants, local cash allocations, and program participation fees.
