Facility Rentals & Catering
The Commission on Aging has several rooms available for rental to individuals and groups for meetings, weddings, receptions, etc.
Catering services are also available.
A Facility Rental Agreement is required to be completed and approved before each function.
Non-Profit Room Rental
Non-Profit groups are welcome to use the facility at no cost during business hours, pending room availability.
After hours, the facility is available to rent at 50% of normal fees.
Unless lunch or dinner is ordered, all set-up and take-down is the responsibility of the non-profit group.
A $50.00 set-up fee will be charged if the COA staff is required to set up and take down the room for the function.
