COVID-19

On Monday, June 1, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order 2020-110 moving the State of Michigan to Stage 4 of the Michigan Safe Start Plan.  As a result, Michigan residents are no longer required to stay home.  Under EO 2020-110 offices may also resume operations. 

Barry County has begun returning to normal operations as of Monday June 29th, subject to any further guidance or restrictions provided through Executive Order, Supreme Court Administrative Order or Public Health Order.
