PLEASE NOTE:

When using the Register of Deeds Index Search, you will be able to view only the indexed information from the documents recorded. You will not be able to view the document itself. If you wish to view the document, you will need to come into the Register of Deeds office. All copies of the documents are $1.00 a page. We are able to e-mail and fax documents to you. We do need payment first. We do provide a service where you can pay by credit card and receive your copies the same day. Please call us to inquire about this service.
