Caseworkers are assigned to cases based on the father’s last name. Contact your caseworker for enforcement of custody, parenting time, child support, uninsured medical expenses, income withholding adjustments and show cause requests.

Bench Warrant Officer: Deputy Rico Rios
Please contact us if you have an active bench warrant or to provide information regarding persons with bench warrants. We will attempt to resolve the warrant to prevent your arrest and actively pursue arrests on those who have active FOC bench warrants.
Senior Account Clerk: Julie Smith
Julie can answer questions regarding abatement, high school verification/emancipations or guardianship/foster care and case closure.
The Account Clerk can answer questions regarding monies on hold, request for verification of child support, account adjustments or if we’ve entered/received a new order.
Modifications of Court Orders/Denial of Parenting Time: Jennifer Dailey
After the final order has been established, Jennifer can answer questions about modifications of court orders, denial of parenting time and any questions regarding a joint meeting (conciliation).
New Case Establishment: Cheryl Drumm
Contact Cheryl to answer questions regarding new cases where no order has yet been established for custody, parenting time, and child support.
Staff Attorney: Rebecca Hawkins
Rebecca can answer questions regarding child support referrals, including paternity establishment (determining the legal father of child/ren).
