Regular Probation

The Court’s Regular Probation Program primarily consists of youth who have committed misdemeanor offenses. Common types of offenses include tobacco, alcohol, and stealing. There is a blend of first time and repeat offenders. Youth who are on this program are considered to be fairly well adjusted individuals that do not require weekly supervision from the caseworkers. While on probation, the youth are expected to complete requirements such as counseling, pass drug screens, and follow the law. The goals of the Regular Probation Program are to build on the strengths of the individual and for youth to take something positive away from their Court experience.
