Home Intensive Care Program

The Home Intensive Care Program is a post adjudication program specific for youth who have committed serious offenses, are re-offenders, and/or experience difficulty functioning successfully within the community without a high level of support. The Home Intensive Care Program is designed to work with the youth, family, and community supports in order to reduce the youth’s risk to re-offend, to assist the youth in becoming a productive member of the community, and to eliminate the need for the youth’s placement in foster care or a residential treatment facility.
