Either party can request services of the Friend of the Court be reinstated. A party requesting services must complete and mail to the other party the request to reopen the Friend of the Court case (FOC 104), complete and sign the verified statement and application for services (FOC 23) and provide the Friend of the Court with copies of the completed forms with copies of all court orders. This process reinstates all services of the Friend of the Court including the collection of child support.
