Friend of the Court Orientation is required for all parties with a case administrated by the Barry County Friend of the Court. If you have previously attended a Barry County Friend of the Court Orientation on a different case you do not have to attend a second time. The orientation is necessary prior to filing a modification using the Friend of the Court services for custody and parenting time. Orientation is usually scheduled the last Tuesday of Each month and is conducted at 12:00 noon or 5:00 p.m.
