Emergency Services are not provided by the Friend of the Court. If parties suspect child abuse they should contact the Child Protective Service Agency for the county in which they reside and file a motion with the court for a modification.If there is a domestic dispute, parties should contact the local police department, a domestic violence shelter, and or file for a personal protection order through the local county clerk’s office.
