Complaints concerning the Friend of the Court should first be directed to the Deputy Administrator. Usually, a telephone call to the Deputy Administrator will result with an inquiry into your complaint and a return call to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved a formal grievance can be filed with the Friend of the Court Administrator. A grievance usually pertains to Friend of the Court operations or an employee of the Friend of the Court. The Administrator will investigate the complaint and respond in writing.
