Return of clothing is a common problem between households. It is recommended that both parents keep extra clothing for parenting time. The visiting parent should ensure that all items provided at the beginning of parenting time including clothing, medicine, homework, school books are returned at the end of parenting time. The custodial parent is to provide all necessary clothing.

Medical care can be an issue if a parent does not seek appropriate medical attention. This would be considered a neglect issue handled by the local Child Protective Service. In addition, if the problem persists the party may wish to seek a change in custody.

Children’s appearance is a common complaint. From haircuts to dirty appearances, to clothing inappropriate for the weather.
