(IVR) is a toll free number available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This system allows you to get account information such as last payment and balance due without contacting the Friend of the Court.
When calling the IVR you will need the following information:
-
Your Social Security Number
-
The County Code (227) which is the first three letters for the county you are calling about. In this case it would be BAR or 227 on your telephone key pad.
-
Your four-digit pin. If you have never called this system, you enter a four- digit number which becomes your pin. Keep this PIN as you will need it to access the IVR in the future.
The IVR is managed by the Michigan State Disbursement Unit. There is a customer service option which allows you to speak to a representative about IVR instructions, payments, direct deposit, and U.S. Bank Reliacards.
PIN reset requests must be made in writing to the Michigan State Disbursement Unit. The Barry County Friend of the Court cannot assist with password resets. Please contact the MiSDU or visit www.misdu.com for additional information.
