Requests for verification of child support are used by banking institutions, and The Department of Human Services. The Friend of the Court Office can only release case and payment information under limited circumstances, such as those directly involved with a case or with their respective attorneys. The Friend of the Court cannot release information for others even if an authorized individual signs a release.

Verification will be sent to the Plaintiff or Defendant and they will have to forward any response provided by the Friend of the Court Office to the entity that has requested verification of records.
