Jeff Westra (Program Director): Graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Psychology and an area of specialization in Human Services Counseling. He has spent 14 years working in the justice system beginning in Michigan with the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department/Jail Services. He was employed as a Mental Health Counselor for an adolescent treatment center. He has worked with felony offenders in the following areas: corrections, probation residential services, the Michigan Department of Corrections probation and parole services, and he has spent the last 8 years administrating the Barry County Adult Drug Court and Office of Community Corrections.

Wendy Kimble (Probation Officer): Wendy Kimble graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Her background includes positions with the Lakewood Alternative Education program, Lakewood Educational Workfare program and the Barry County YMCA.  After 3 years in Barry County District Court, she became a staff member with the Adult Drug Court in April, 2011.

Karolyn Brower (Clerical): Graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Home Interiors and Design. She worked for 9 years as a Sales Assistant in the Sales and Marketing Office of the Grand Rapids Marriott/Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. In 2001, Karolyn began working in the Barry County Adult Probation Office as a file clerk once a week. In 2003, she began working part-time for the Barry County Office of Community Corrections and Barry County Adult Drug Court.
