If for some unfortunate reason you are not able to download any of our digital media example BOC Packet, Minutes, Budget Packet, please fill out the form below, and we will be happy to provide you with a CD/DVD of all the media that you have requested. Upon submitting the form an email will come to our office, we will then proceed to contact you by telephone or email letting you know when and where your Media is available at.
